exciting news!

I just heard from the lovely folks who organize the International Quilt Market, and it's official!  I've been accepted to exhibit at the Market in May 2011 in Salt Lake City! I am unbelievably excited and intimidated all at once....

There are SO many amazingly talented people out there, and I'll be exhibiting right beside them. It's a daunting task!  So I'm starting to plan my booth now, and I'm hunting around for inspiring photos of past Quilt Market displays.  Here's a great one from Anna Maria Horner's booth:

website redesign

I've revamped my website, and it's oh so much better than the last version. I've added a sketch of mine on the homepage, and right now I'm figuring out how I want to sell my patterns on the site.  I do have my Etsy site, but I'm considering Big Cartel, or I could have a shop directly in my website.  There are advantages and disadvantages to all of these options, so I'm weighing the pros and cons.  But for now, there are pretty pictures to look at here!

Shipping time...

I love getting orders all at once!  I can be more efficient with packaging and shipping, and I love seeing a pile of packages that will soon be on their way to new homes in quilt shops... happy day!
